With over 16 years at Mahoney and a background in heavy equipment and entrepreneurship, Shawn is Mahoney's expert coordinator. Shawn makes sure that everyone has what they need in time for the project to start and manages it from start to finish!
Carlton LaPrade, Project Manager
Carlton has been with Mahoney since 2006. He played an important role in the Extreme Home Makeover project in 2008 and has continued to be a top notch asset for the company.

Our commercial division offers a wide variety of experience in steel frame structure (specifically self-storage facilities), general office and warehouse space, hospitality facilities and military housing developments. The Mahoney Team is committed to safety on the job. Our team has earned recognition for our safety practices and excellence in construction by the Fort Drum army base construction divisions.
Mahoney Design and Build, Inc began as a custom home builder in 1982. We have built many homes and additions over the years in a wide variety of styles, from log cabins to French country estates. "Building a home may be the single largest investment a customer makes, our goal is to deliver something truly wonderful and affordable for each customer we serve," says Tim Mahoney. "We work with each client on designing a home or addition that fits his or her vision exactly. Customers can choose from existing floor plans and make modifications or work with our design team or an architect to create something totally new."

Chuck Jones, VP of Transportation Engineering
In the year 2000 Chuck Jones joined Mahoney during the cold winter months as a snow plower. He quickly climbed the ranks and came on full time shortly after as the VP of Transportation Engineering. He keeps our heavy equipment moving and gets the gear where it needs to be.
If you give us a call chances are that Teresa will be one of the first people that you get the pleasure to speak with. She keeps our office and information organized, coordinated, and accessible for our many clients and guests!
